今回のブログテーマは
メガネの度数とコンタクトレンズの度数って一緒なんですか？？
とお客様からも良くご質問があるのですが、実は異なる場合があります！！
その理由としては、コンタクトレンズは直接角膜(俗に言う黒目の部分)に直接乗せますが、
メガネは黒目と距離がある為、眼鏡ではコンタクトよりも強い度数になることがあります！
眼鏡やコンタクトレンズを作成の際は、しっかりと視力検査をして作成しないと、
度数が強すぎたり、弱すぎたりする可能性があります。
しっかり定期検査を受けながらご自身にあった度数で作成をしましょう♪

We often get this question from customers:
"Are the prescription strengths for glasses and contact lenses the same?"
The answer is--they can actually be different!
The reason is that contact lenses are placed directly on the cornea (the black part of the eye), while glasses sit at a distance from the eyes. Because of this distance, glasses may sometimes require a stronger prescription than contact lenses.
That's why, when making glasses or contact lenses, it's very important to have a proper eye examination. Without accurate testing, the prescription could end up being too strong or too weak.
Be sure to have regular eye checkups and choose the prescription that's just right for your eyes♪
